Mrs. DONKAR WANGMO did her schooling from Cambrian Hall,
Dehra Dun and then obtained her B. A. Degree from St. Bede's
College, Shimla. She has got her Bachelor of Education degree
from Punjab University, Chandigarh and Master in Philosophy
in English from Himachal Pradesh
University, Shimla. However, she obtained her Masters
degree in Education in School Counseling under Tibetan Fulbright
Scholarship program from University
of Northern Iowa, Iowa, USA. She had taught English to
the Senior Secondary students of Tibetan Homes School for
several years. Currently, she occupies the post of Deputy
Secretary and works as a Counselor at the Department of Education.
Mr. JAMYANG WANGYAL did his schooling from Central
School for Tibetans, Mundgod. After that he obtained his Bachelor
of Arts and Master of Arts in Psychology from Karnatak University,
Dharwad while he got his PG Diploma in Guidance and Counseling
from Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Mysore which is
under NCERT. Presently, he works as a Counselor at tphe Department
of Education on the post of Under Secretary.
Ms. CHOEKYI LHAMO passed out from Tibetan Children's Village, Dharamsala & had obtained her undergraduate and graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from M. S. University of Baroda , Vadodara. In 2006 she had done her Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counseling from Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi. Currently, she is the Resident Counselor of East Zone Guidance & Counseling Cell under Department of Education and holds the post of Under Secretary.
